Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, and honey.
Mix until well combined.
Stir in the chopped peanuts, chocolate chips, and chopped pecans. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Cut into 9 bars. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
