  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup brown rice syrup
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup puffed rice cereal
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Combine the oats, nuts, and dried fruit in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.

In a medium saucepan, heat the honey, brown rice syrup, and peanut butter over low heat, stirring frequently, until smooth and well combined.
