Seven-Up® Cake II

This cake is so moist and has a great flavor. The 7-Up makes it really light and fluffy.


  • 1 1/2 cups butter, 3 cups white sugar, 5 eggs, 3 cups all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons lemon extract, 3/4 cup 7-Up or other lemon lime soda


1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, cream together the butter and sugar for 20 minutes.

2. Next, add eggs to the mixture one at a time.

3. Once the eggs are fully mixed in, fold in the all-purpose flour, lemon extract and 7UP soft drink.

4. Grease a 12 cup Bundt pan with butter or cooking spray and pour the batter into it evenly.

5. Bake for 60 to 75 minutes or until a toothpick or cake tester comes out clean when inserted into the center of the cake.
