Fall is in the air, and so are the flavors! This Pumpkin Smoothie is the perfect way to cozy up on a crisp autumn morning.
With a boost of nutrients from pumpkin puree, a hint of spice, and a touch of sweetness, this refreshing drink is sure to become a seasonal staple in your household.

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Ice cubes (as needed)
Instructions
Add the frozen pumpkin puree, vanilla yogurt, milk, honey, and pumpkin pie spice to a blender. Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
Add ice cubes to the blender if you want a thicker, colder smoothie.
Blend again until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is the desired consistency. Pour the smoothie into five glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Pumpkin Smoothie is quite a treat, especially when it’s warm outside and you’re craving something refreshing! Use fresh pumpkin puree if you have it, but frozen works too – just thaw it first and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
You can adjust the amount of honey to your taste – some people like it sweeter, while others prefer less sweet.
Go with what you like! If you want a thicker smoothie, add more yogurt.
If you prefer a lighter consistency, add a bit more milk.
Play around to find your perfect blend! You can also customize this recipe by adding other spices, like cinnamon or nutmeg, to give it an extra boost of flavor.
Blending in some spinach or kale will give you a green smoothie and a nutritional boost – don’t worry, the pumpkin flavor will still shine through!
