Chocolate Nuggets
These chocolate nuggets are a great way to get your chocolate fix without all the guilt! Made with just a few simple ingredients, they are naturally sweetened and full of healthy fats. Plus, they are super easy to make so you can have them ready in no time!
Ingredients
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
1. Melt the chocolate chips, butter, condensed milk, sugar and vanilla in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir often.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the chocolate mixture, flour and chopped nuts (optional).
3. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 10 to 12 minutes until cookies are soft to touch. Enjoy!
