  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and diced
  • 3 scallions, sliced, white and green parts divided

  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese


Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
