Strawberry Spinach Salad
Sweet and savory, refreshing and nutritious – this Strawberry Spinach Salad is a delightful mix of flavors and textures! Notes
This recipe makes a great side dish or light lunch for a crowd of five. Feel free to customize with other nuts or cheeses to change up the flavor.
Strawberries can be substituted with other berries if they’re out of season or not available.
Don’t overdress the salad, as the spinach can wilt quickly. If making ahead, prepare the dressing and spinach mixture separately and combine just before serving.
If you’re not a fan of strong vinegar flavor, reduce the amount of balsamic vinegar to 1 tablespoon or less.
