- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey

Blend again until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is the desired consistency.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately. You should get 8 smoothies out of this recipe.
Notes
Use fresh cilantro for the best flavor and texture.
If you don’t have unsweetened almond milk, you can substitute it with other non-dairy milk alternatives like coconut milk or soy milk.
If you’re not a fan of cilantro, you can reduce the amount or omit it altogether, but keep in mind that it adds a unique flavor to the smoothie.
You can also add a scoop of your favorite protein powder for an extra nutritional boost.
Feel free to play around with the amount of honey to your taste – if you prefer your smoothies less sweet, start with one teaspoon and add more as needed.
For a thicker consistency, add more ice cubes or a banana.
You can also make this smoothie ahead of time and store it in the fridge for up to a day, just be sure to shake well before serving.
