Peanut Butter No-Bakes

If you love the taste of peanut butter but don’t want to spend time in the kitchen baking, then these Peanut Butter No-Bakes are for you! Made with just a few simple ingredients, these cookies come together in a snap and are perfect for when you need a sweet treat.   • -1 cup peanut butter
  • -1 cup honey
  • -1 cup brown sugar
  • -2 cups crispy rice cereal


In a medium saucepan, stir together brown sugar, peanut butter and evaporated milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly until brown sugar is dissolved and peanut butter is melted.

Remove from heat. Stir in crisp rice cereal. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto waxed paper or foil. Cool until firm.
