Grape and Walnut Side Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing
This salad is the perfect side dish for a summertime meal. The grapes and walnuts add a delicious sweetness and crunch, while the blue cheese dressing adds some creaminess and tang. I love how easy this salad is to throw together, and it’s always a hit with family and friends!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup walnuts, halved or pieces
- 10 cups mixed greens (e.g. endive, radicchio, baby kale, romaine)
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup blue cheese dressing
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Spread walnuts on a baking sheet and toast for 8-10 minutes, or until fragrant and toasty. Remove from oven and let cool.
3. Tear greens into bite-size pieces and place in a salad bowl with grapes. Drizzle with dressing and toss to combine.
4. Sprinkle cooled walnuts on top of salad and serve immediately.”
