- 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce
- 21 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 7 ounces pepperoni slices

- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
