- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse the cauliflower and remove the leaves and stem.
Cut it into florets, about 1 inch (2.5 cm) in size.
In a shallow dish, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, flour, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. In a separate dish, pour the olive oil.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the olive oil, coating it lightly, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture to coat.
Place the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown, flipping the cauliflower halfway through.
