Chow Clusters
These Chow Clusters are so yummy and easy to make! Just mix together some chopped nuts, dried fruit, and chocolate chips and you’ve got a delicious snack that’s perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 2 cups butterscotch chips
- 2 (5 ounce) cans chow mein noodles
- 1 cup cashew halves
Instructions
1. In a heavy saucepan, melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips over low heat, stirring constantly.
2. Once melted, add the chow mein noodles and cashew halves, mix quickly to coat.
3. Use a tablespoon to scoop out the mixture onto wax paper, making sure to smooth it out as you go along.
4. Allow clusters to cool completely before enjoying!
