- 10-12 ice pop molds
- Popsicle sticks or handles
Instructions
Peel the ripe banana and add it to a blender or food processor along with the frozen mixed berries, vanilla protein powder, and honey.
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
Add the plain Greek yogurt to the blender and blend until well combined.
Pour the mixture into each ice pop mold, leaving about 1/4 inch of space at the top.
Insert a Popsicle stick or handle into each mold.
Place the molds in the freezer and let them set for at least 4-5 hours or overnight.
Once frozen, remove the pops from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before serving.
