Ingredients

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice concentrate, thawed
Instructions
1. Combine peanut butter, milk powder, and coconut in a large mixing bowl.
2. Stir in oats, ground cinnamon, wheat germ, and apple juice concentrate until thoroughly combined.
3. Shape the mixture into 1 inch balls using your hands or a small scoop.
4. Arrange the nuggets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill for at least 20 minutes (this will help them keep their shape when cooking).
5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
6. Bake nuggets for 12 minutes or until golden brown around the edges; let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely
