Swedish Spritzs
This festive Swedish Spritz is the perfect drink for warm weather gatherings! With its elegant blend of Prosecco, Grand Marnier, and elderflower liqueur, this refreshing cocktail is as delicious as it is beautiful. Paired with a splash of club soda and garnished with fresh mint and raspberries, it’s a drink that’s sure to quench your thirst and impress your guests.

Ingredients
- Prosecco, 1 1/2 bottles
- Grand Marnier, 1 cup
- elderflower liqueur, 1/2 cup
- simple syrup, 1/2 cup
- club soda, 2 cups
- fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
- raspberries, for garnish
Instructions
Fill a large pitcher with ice.
Pour in the Prosecco, Grand Marnier, elderflower liqueur, and simple syrup.
Stir gently to combine.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Just before serving, stir in the club soda.
Pour the mixture into glasses filled with ice.
Garnish each glass with a few fresh raspberries and a sprig of fresh mint.
Serve immediately and refreshing!
Notes
For a more intense flavor, let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for a few hours or even overnight.
You can adjust the amount of simple syrup to your taste, depending on how sweet you like your drinks.
If you can’t find elderflower liqueur, you can substitute it with St. Germain or another elderflower-flavored liqueur.
Don’t over-stir the mixture, as it can become too fizzy.
To make the drink more festive, serve it in a champagne flute or a wine glass with a wide bowl.
You can also add a few fresh raspberries to the pitcher for a beautiful and fruity touch.
