Super Strawberry-Banana Cookies
These are the best strawberry-banana cookies you will ever eat! They are soft and chewy, with the perfect amount of sweetness. And they are packed with fresh strawberries and bananas.
Ingredients
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package strawberry cake mix
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 banana
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
1) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Meanwhile, mix together the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil in a bowl.
2) Next, drop the batter by teaspoonfuls onto a foil-covered cookie sheet. Make sure the cookies are spaced out evenly.
3) Bake the cookies for 7 to 8 minutes. Do not overbake! Overbaking will make the cookies hard as rocks.
4) Once they’re done, lightly dust them with confectioners’ sugar. Then place them in a container with a banana (peel left on).
5) Cover the container with the foil from the baking sheet and let it sit for a couple of hours or overnight. The cookies will take on some of the banana flavor and taste great!
