Sugarless Bars
Sweet treats don’t have to be unhealthy! These no-sugar-added bars are the perfect solution for those with a sweet tooth but want to skip the refined sugars.
Made with wholesome ingredients like oats, almond butter, and dark chocolate, these bars are a delicious and healthier alternative to traditional sweets that will satisfy your cravings.

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup honey or natural sweetener
- 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, almond butter, coconut flakes, and shredded coconut.
Mix until well combined.
Add in the honey or natural sweetener, chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate, salt, and vanilla extract.
Mix until a dough forms.
Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
Cut into bars, about 5 in total.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Notes
These no-bake bars are super easy to make and require zero cooking skills, just a bit of mixing and pressing into a pan! Use a natural sweetener that you like the taste of, as it will come through in the final product. If you’re using chopped dark chocolate instead of chocolate chips, be prepared for a slightly chunkier texture.
Make sure to press the dough evenly into the pan, you don’t want any thin spots! Cut these babies into whatever size bars you like, just keep in mind they’ll be more fragile if you cut them too small.
If you don’t plan on devouring these within a few days, consider freezing them for up to 3 months and then thawing as needed.
