  • 7 whole wheat pita breads
  • 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce
  • 21 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 7 ounces pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
