Ingredients

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
Peel and dice the avocados, then set aside. Next, peel and segment the orange and grapefruit, being careful to remove any seeds or membranes.
In a small bowl, whisk together the orange and grapefruit juices, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, chopped mint leaves, and chopped basil leaves. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and the juice mixture from earlier.
Pour the dressing over the greens mixture and toss to combine.
Gently fold in the diced avocado and citrus segments. Divide the salad among six plates and serve immediately.
