Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix together spinach, crumbled feta cheese, and grated pepper jack cheese. Add the spinach mixture to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.
