  • 1 cup diced watermelon
  • 1 cup cooked corn kernels
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
