  • Gather all of your ingredients! You’ll need 1 cup of diced watermelon, 1 cup of cooked corn kernels, 1/2 of a red onion, diced, 1/2 of a jalapeno, seeded and diced, 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro, 1 lime, juiced, 1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin, salt, and pepper, to taste.

  • Then, de-seed and dice your jalapeno into small pieces.
  • Next, measure out 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro.
