Trillionaire Cookies
These cookies are out-of-this-world delicious! They’re made with a rich, chocolatey dough and loaded with chunks of chocolate. Each bite is insanely decadent and totally addictive.
Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 36 buttery round crackers
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan, combine the caramel topping and pecans over medium heat.
2. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil and cook 3 to 5 minutes longer or until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
3. Spoon about 1 1/2 teaspoons of the caramel mixture on top of each cracker. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
4. In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat once melted.
5 dunking Using tongs, dip bottom of each cracker in chocolate then transfer it to waxed paper. Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator
