Strawberry Fruit Balls

These strawberry fruit balls are the perfect bite-sized snack or dessert! They’re made with just a few simple ingredients, and they’re so easy to make. Just mix everything together, form into balls, and freeze. That’s it! You’ll have delicious, fresh strawberry fruit balls any time you want them.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 (6 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O® mix
  • 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O® mix

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, chopped walnuts, shredded coconut, and both packages of strawberry flavored Jell-O® mix.

2. Cover the mixture and place it in the refrigerator overnight to allow the flavors to meld.

3. The next day, use your hands or a small scoop to roll the mixture into balls or other desired shapes.

4. Place a sheet of wax paper or parchment paper on a plate or tray, then dust lightly with powdered sugar or cornstarch.

5. Roll each strawberry ball in the powder until coated, then place on the prepared plate or tray.

6. If desired, you can add bits of mint leaves to create stems for your strawberries; just secure them with a toothpick if necessary.
