Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/4 cup frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk
- Ice cubes (as needed)
Instructions
Add the frozen peaches, pineapple, banana, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to a high-powered blender.
Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Add the Greek yogurt and almond milk to the blender and blend until well combined.
Taste and adjust the sweetness or spice level to your liking.
Add ice cubes to the blender if you want a thicker consistency.
Blend until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is the desired consistency.
Pour the smoothie into six glasses and serve immediately.
You can garnish with extra peaches or a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
Notes
You can customize this smoothie to your taste by using fresh peaches instead of frozen, just be sure to add a few ice cubes to chill it down.
