Million Dollar Cookies

There’s no such thing as too much money, and there’s no such thing as too many cookies. These rich, buttery cookies are loaded with chocolate chips and pecans, making them the perfect indulgence.


  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour,
  • 2 cups crisp rice cereal,
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda,
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown.


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, cream of tartar, vegetable oil, salt, brown sugar, white sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time.

3. Stir in the flour, crisp rice cereal, baking soda. Mix well.

4. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Press down with glass which has been buttered and dipped in sugar

5 Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown
