Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs, at room temperature
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
2. Blend the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together with a pastry blender until mixed.
3. Roll dough in balls about the size of a quarter and place on ungreased baking sheets. Make an even number of balls.
