Ingredients

  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • 1 cup ginger ale
  • 1 cup peach iced tea
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup grenadine syrup
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 1/4 cup peach schnapps
  • 1/4 cup cranberry schnapps
  • Slice of orange, for garnish
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

Fill a large pitcher with ice cubes. Pour in the sparkling water, ginger ale, peach iced tea, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice.

Stir gently to combine.

In a small bowl, whisk together the grenadine syrup and simple syrup until well combined. Add this mixture to the pitcher and stir to combine.

Add the peach schnapps and cranberry schnapps, stirring gently to combine.

Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Just before serving, stir the mixture again and adjust the flavors as needed.

To serve, pour the Fake Cod Holiday Mocktail into glasses filled with ice.

Garnish each glass with a slice of orange and a sprig of fresh rosemary. Serve immediately and enjoy your festive holiday drink!

Notes

You can make this recipe ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, but I recommend waiting to add the sparkling water until just before serving to preserve the fizz. If you want a stronger flavor, you can increase the amount of peach and cranberry schnapps to 1/2 cup each.

You can also customize this recipe to your taste by adjusting the amount of each ingredient.

Keep in mind that the peach iced tea and pineapple juice will give this drink a slightly sweet flavor, so you may want to adjust the amount of simple syrup you use accordingly. If you’re serving this at a holiday party, consider setting up a toppings bar with additional garnishes like cranberries, rosemary sprigs, and orange slices to let your guests customize their drinks.
