Biscuits and Gravy Casserole

This Biscuits and Gravy Casserole is a delicious, hearty dish that is perfect for a winter meal. The casserole is made with biscuits, sausage gravy, and cheese, and is sure to please the whole family. I personally love this dish because it is easy to make and can be made ahead of time.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold
  • 1 cup buttermilk, cold
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2. In a large bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Cut butter into chunks and sprinkle over dry ingredients. Using a pastry blender or knife, cut butter into the dry ingredients until it resembles peas. 3. Add buttermilk and toss mixture with a spatula until it starts to look shaggy (most of the buttermilk should be absorbed). 4.
