  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger,
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil,
  • 2 tablespoons green onions (thinly sliced),
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper,
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for some heat),
  • sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)


In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, Gochujang, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper until well combined.
