- Brussels sprouts (1 pound, trimmed and halved)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)

- Pepper (to taste)
- Balsamic vinegar (2 tablespoons)
- Honey (1 tablespoon)
- Feta cheese (1/2 cup, crumbled)
- Panko breadcrumbs (1/4 cup)
- Garlic powder (1/4 teaspoon)
- Paprika (1/4 teaspoon)
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until they’re evenly coated.
Spread the sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
While the sprouts are cooking, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and honey in a small bowl until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together the crumbled feta cheese, Panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika.
Once the Brussels sprouts are tender and caramelized, transfer them to a serving dish.
Drizzle the balsamic honey glaze over the sprouts and sprinkle the feta-Panko mixture evenly over the top.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Use high-quality balsamic vinegar for the best flavor in the glaze. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket, cook in batches if necessary, to ensure the Brussels sprouts cook evenly.
If using a different type of cheese, keep in mind it might affect the flavor and texture of the dish.
