- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
- 1 jalapeño pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange tortillas on a flat surface.
Spread 1-2 tablespoons of cream cheese on each tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border around edges. Drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of ranch dressing over cream cheese.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese over ranch dressing.
Top with diced chicken, red bell pepper, yellow onion, and jalapeño pepper. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Place tortillas on prepared baking sheet.
