Fresh Peach Smoothie
Summer in a glass – that’s what this fresh peach smoothie is all about! Ripe peaches, sweet pineapple, and creamy banana blend together in perfect harmony, creating a refreshing treat that’s perfect for hot days or post-workout pick-me-ups.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
Add the sliced peaches, frozen pineapple chunks, and sliced banana to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla yogurt, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract to the blender and blend until well combined.
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or consistency as needed by adding more honey or almond milk.
Add a few ice cubes to the blender if you want a thicker, colder smoothie and blend until crushed and smooth. Pour the smoothie into six glasses and serve immediately.
You can garnish each glass with a slice of peach or a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
Notes
Feel free to use any combination of your favorite fruits in this smoothie recipe. Peaches can be substituted with nectarines or plums, and you can add some handful of spinach or kale for a green smoothie.
If using frozen pineapple, make sure to thaw it first before adding it to the blender to avoid any unwanted chunks.
You can reduce the amount of honey if your peaches are super sweet, or omit it altogether if you’re watching your sugar intake. Vanilla extract can be replaced with a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for a different flavor twist.
If you’re planning to serve the smoothies later, just prepare the mixture up to the point before adding ice cubes, store it in the fridge, and blend it again with ice when you’re ready to serve.
This recipe makes 6 servings, but you can easily double or triple it if you’re serving a larger crowd.
