Peanut Butter Crispies II

These peanut butter crispies are a delicious and easy to make treat. They only require a few ingredients, and come together quickly. The end result is a crispy, crunchy cookie that is perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.


  • 6 cups crisp rice cereal, 1 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


In a medium saucepan, mix together the sugar, peanut butter, and corn syrup. Be careful not to let it burn, or it will ruin the recipe. Stir the mixture until it is well melted.

Remove the pan from heat and combine the warm peanut butter mixture with crisp rice cereal. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan well with butter or margarine. Spread the mixture in the pan and allow it to cool. When it is no longer sticky to the touch, cut into bars.
