Margarita Balls I

These margarita balls are the perfect bite-sized treat for your next party! Made with a tequila-infused cream cheese filling and a crispy coating, they are sure to be a hit with your guests. Serve them with a dollop of whipped cream and a slice of lime for the ultimate Margarita experience!

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafers
  • 1/2 pound ground almonds
  • 4 ounces white chocolate
  • 1/4 cup tequila
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup

Instructions

In a bowl, mix together 1 box of vanilla wafers (crushed into crumbs), and 1/2 pound ground blanched almonds.

In a separate bowl, melt 4 squares of white chocolate according to package directions.

In a blender, process 1/4 cup tequila, 1/4 cup orange marmalade, and 2 tablespoons light corn syrup until smooth. Stir the melted chocolate into this mixture.

Next, shape the mixture into balls (1 inch in diameter), and coat with sugar. Store in refrigerator.
