Coconut Macaroons II

These coconut macaroons are made with shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. They’re quick and easy to make, and they’re a delicious treat!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

2. In large mixing bowl, combine coconut, sweetened condensed milk and extracts; mix well.

3. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto aluminum foil-lined and generously greased baking sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. Immediately remove from baking sheets. Store loosely covered at room temperature
