Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie II

This recipe is for a chocolate peanut butter pie that is sure to please any sweet tooth. It has a chocolate cookie crust, a creamy peanut butter filling, and is topped with a chocolate ganache. This pie can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to serve.


  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
  • 2 packages instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup reduced fat smooth peanut butter
  • 8 ounce tub lite frozen whipped topping


In a mixing bowl, combine pudding mix and peanut butter; stir until smooth. Fold in whipped topping; stir until completely blended. Pour filling into pie crust. Freeze pie until firm. Partially thaw in refrigerator for about 2 hours or so before serving
