Cashew Brittle

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of raw cashews
  • 1 cup of white sugar
  • ½ cup of light corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
